Process Principle:
The deoxygenation equipment through hydrogenation makes use of common purity nitrogen as the raw material and through deoxygenation by hyd rogenation accompanied by catalysts,cooling,absorption and dryness and finally,filtering of impurity,water and dust in the nitrogen gas to get high purity nitrogen.
